Production Times
All Nicolas Rota products are handcrafted to order by skilled Italian artisans using premium fabrics from the finest mills.
Made to Order (standard sizes): 1-2 weeks from order confirmation
Made to Measure (custom measurements): 2-3 weeks from receipt of correct measurements
Production time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order is ready, we ship via trusted carriers (Poste Italiane, GLS, TNT, or UPS) depending on your destination to ensure the best service.
Italy: 2-4 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
Rest of World: 5-10 business days
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
IT Italy: Free shipping on all orders
EU Europe: Free over €350 (otherwise €25)
Rest of the World: €50 + custom duties at the customer's expense
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
