Returns & Refunds
Made-to-Measure Products
Items crafted with custom measurements cannot be returned or refunded as they are made specifically for you and are not resalable.
Made-to-Order Products (Standard Sizes)
We accept returns within 14 days from delivery under the following conditions:
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return and will be credited to your original payment method
Defective Items or Our Errors
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nicolasrota.com
• We will provide a free replacement or full refund
• Return shipping costs will be covered by us
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Made-to-measure products with custom measurements
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
• Items returned after 14 days from delivery
• Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us at info@nicolasrota.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping
Step 3: Ship the item to the address we provide in original packaging
Step 4: Keep your shipping receipt until the refund is completed
We recommend using trackable shipping or insurance for returns over €75. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
