Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To ensure the integrity of our luxury pieces, returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in pristine original condition
  • With all original tags and labels attached
  • In the original packaging with protective materials
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our team at info@nicolasrota.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and specify which items you wish to return
  3. We will send you detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (Italy & EU)
  4. Pack your items carefully in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit
  5. Ship the package using the provided label or your preferred courier

Return Shipping Costs

  • Italy: Complimentary return shipping
  • European Union: Complimentary return shipping
  • International orders (outside EU): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@nicolasrota.com. We will arrange the exchange and cover all shipping costs within Italy and the European Union.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure garments
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@nicolasrota.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and any defects
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund, including all return shipping costs, regardless of your location.
